Q. Where do you dispose of the pets?
A. As a community service, Forever Friends Pet Cremation Services is assisting BAHS with cremations, and we both assure you your pet will be handled in a gentle and dignified manner. Group, individual and private cremation services are available to the general public.

Q. My animal passed away last night. What can I do?
A. You will need to bring your animal to the Shelter. You may want to wrap him or her in a blanket or use something to transport to us. Please use our Admit entrance when you come in.

Q. May I take my pet's remains with me after the euthanization?
A. Yes. Your are not required to have your pet cremated, and you may take the remains with you following the euthanization procedure. Please note: Laws governing the disposal of deceased animals vary by municipality. Please check with the village, town or city office for your home address to ensure compliance with local laws.
